St. Elizabeth Medical Center works closely with St. Elizabeth College of Nursing  to provide employment opportunities for new graduates based on availability. The Medical Center encourages professional growth and continuing academic pursuits through its employment policies and benefits.

Joint admissions agreements are in effect with SUNY IT, Utica, that facilitate student achievement of a baccalaureate degree. The college provides a collection of career information resources, college catalogs and SUNYIT applications.
